We use your data to provide, optimise, and secure the Service, specifically to:

• Generate AI-powered product photos, advertisements, posters, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Process transactions and manage subscription plans.
• Damroo uses your prompts, business details, and attached photos to generate images, enhance prompts, and write captions by sending that data to OpenAI and ByteDance (Seedream).
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, and safety violations, such as prohibited or harmful content generation.
• Communicate updates, new features, and customer support information.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• OpenAI and ByteDance (Seedream): when you generate images, enhance a prompt, or generate a caption, Damroo sends your prompts, business details, and any photos you attach to OpenAI and ByteDance (Seedream). Attached photos may include faces or likeness. This sharing is only to provide those features for that request, and only after you give explicit permission in the app.
• Legal compliance: when required by applicable law, legal process, or a court or governmental order in India or other jurisdictions.
• Business transfers: in connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or financing.

• Uploaded assets: you retain ownership of the photos, logos, and other materials you upload to the Service.
• Security measures: we implement industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest, designed to prevent unauthorised access to your account and creative assets.
• Prohibited content filtering: we use automated filtering systems to detect and block unsafe inputs, such as explicit content, hate speech, or copyright violations.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account remains active, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting our support team.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
